By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
SmartBridge Advisory publishes executive intelligence content, market data, and AI-assisted research reports for general informational purposes only. Our fractional CFO, SAP data migration, and EU grant compliance consulting services are provided only under a separate, signed service agreement or statement of work.

3. The Roger AI Assistant
Roger is an AI-powered chat assistant. You acknowledge that:
- Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or outdated information.
- Conversations are processed securely via third-party enterprise AI providers (Agnes 2.5 Flash / DeepSeek).
- You must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or jailbreak Roger, nor use prompt injection attacks against our APIs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or databases, nor scrape content systematically or introduce malicious software.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
